main functions
- Be a self-starter, punctual and enjoy teamwork.
- Enjoy challenges, finding quick and efficient solutions to problems.
- Carry out the surface preparation required by the project specifications (manual, mechanical, high pressure water, abrasive blasting).
- Perform protection and masking of parts.
- Paint application with roller/brush.
- Application of paint with an airless gun.
- Application of paint with a multi-pump.
- Know how to use the different equipment efficiently and maintain them.
- Carry out quality control interventions.
- Maintain daily reports related to the project requirements.
- Perform all other related tasks.

profil required
- Hold your CCQ card.
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Have a logical mind and be meticulous.
- Enjoy working in a team and be able to communicate effectively.
- Be bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
- Good physical condition.
- Be resourceful, reliable and work safely.
