Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Development and in close collaboration with the Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator, the bidder is responsible for the submission process for various requests and ensures close follow-up with customers.

Prepare quotations, have them authorized and forwarded to customers according to established processes, using your professionalism and organizational skills.
Research products and suppliers using your negotiation skills
Respond to customer requests for information on order status, deliveries, missing items or returns, in order to provide customer service that differentiates us from the competition.
Follow up with customers on all open orders in the system, and resolve any problems related to this status using your problem-solving skills.
Prepare follow-up reports, analyze them and propose solutions, if necessary
Participate actively in business development by being results-oriented
You have training in biddings management or equivalent experience?
You have advanced computer skills and software knowledge of inventory management systems?
You are organized, have good judgment and are customer service-oriented?
You are bilingual, both spoken and written? You’re definitely our ideal candidate!
